How to Fix Rocket League Connection Issues

Check Epic / Psyonix Status
Visit status.epicgames.com for current Epic Games infrastructure status, which Rocket League runs on.

Restart the Epic Games Launcher
Close the Epic Games Launcher from the system tray and relaunch. Sign out and back in if needed.

Check your NAT type
Rocket League needs Open NAT for online play. A Strict NAT causes matchmaking failures. Enable UPnP on your router.

Use a wired connection
Ethernet dramatically reduces ping and packet loss in Rocket League, making the car feel more responsive and preventing disconnects.
