How to Fix Roblox Connection Issues
Try these steps while waiting for servers to recover.

Check Roblox Status Page
Visit status.roblox.com for the official incident feed. Roblox posts updates there during outages.

Restart the Roblox app
Fully close Roblox and relaunch. On mobile, swipe up to close the app from the app switcher.

Clear your browser cache (web)
If playing on web: Ctrl+Shift+Delete → clear cache and cookies → restart the browser and try again.

Check your internet connection
Run a speed test at fast.com. Roblox needs at least 4–8 Mbps for smooth gameplay.

Disable VPN or proxy
VPNs can cause Roblox to block your connection. Disable any VPN and try connecting again.

Reinstall Roblox (PC)
Uninstall Roblox through Windows Settings → Apps, then download a fresh copy from roblox.com.
